As businesses become more complex, success depends on more than collecting software tools. It requires infrastructure that connects people, processes, technology, and operations into one intelligent ecosystem.
That's what we build.
Echo Collective began in 2023 from a simple observation: growing businesses were using more tools, but their operations were still fragmented.
Rachel had built a virtual assistant agency supporting SMEs with business operations, while Scott founded a commercial cleaning company managing frontline teams and operational delivery. Different industries, same challenge: too much manual work, too many disconnected systems, and too little operational visibility.
What started as two operators solving real business problems has grown into a team of builders, engineers, and operators connecting software, AI, robotics, and client delivery.
To make intelligent automation accessible, enabling organisations to operate more efficiently, innovate faster, and achieve sustainable growth.
To create a future where software, AI, and robotics work together to enhance every workplace.
